Works for Me Wednesday

Here's my tip for WFMW. If you have cats who live inside, you already know the importance of changing the litter box on a frequent basis. With two litter boxes (neither of my boys like to share, LOL), we go through A LOT of litter. We buy the 25 lb. bags of litter which are more economical -- and I don't have to constantly worry about running out of litter.

The problem I had though was where to store the extra litter. My mom came up with this great idea. I bought a large plastic container -- which will easily hold two 25 lb bags -- and keep the container in the carport. The plastic container has a lid that snaps on and protects the extra litter from any unpleasant surprises. And, since the container stays in the carport, it isn't constantly in the way inside. Works for me!
